      To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, follow these care tips:
      Earrings, Bracelets, and Necklaces: Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions. Store in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

     

    • What is your return policy?
      We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns as a small business. However, if you encounter a defective product, please contact us via email or Instagram, and we'll do our best to assist you.
      Exceptional Cases: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges in exceptional cases.
      Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fees. Please ensure to use a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for lost return packages.

      Yes, we ship our product all over Canada.
